Are your products official? 

Yes, we only sell 100% official products. All our products are checked for authenticity prior to being listed on the site. Unless stated otherwise, products are original and date back to their initial release. For example, a 1995 Chicago Bulls Scottie Pippen jersey is the one you could buy in the shops back in 1995.

Please note that many of the items we sell are in used condition. Our product photos are stock images and don't represent the condition of the shirt you will receive unless stated otherwise.

Used shirts each have their own individual description in the listing, and are graded as Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair according to their condition.

Any flaws to the shirt are listed on the condition details - Good and Fair shirts will usually have more noticeable flaws.

Do you ship Worldwide? 

Yes, we offer Worldwide shipping from the UK. Shipping costs and live estimated delivery dates are available at the checkout. Please see the options below:

Royal Mail International Tracked / Tracked & Signed / Signed Airmail

This service is handled by Royal Mail in the UK and then delivered by your local postal service. Please see below for a list of areas and estimated delivery times. Please note a duty charge may apply in selected countries outside of Europe. We are unable to refund duty charges applied by the local authorities.

Standard delivery times:

  • Europe: 4-8 working days
  • North America: 7-15 working days
  • Asia: 6-18 working days
  • Central America, South America, Africa and Oceania: 11-25 working days

Please note that delivery estimates may be changed at certain times of the time of day. Please find an accurate delivery estimate on your order confirmation email sent after purchase.

Unless explicitly stated, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.

DHL Economy

Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. This service is available throughout Europe and is ideal for larger orders (3kg or above). Please note this service requires a signature

DHL Express

Express orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This service requires a signature.

Standard delivery times:

  • Europe: 1-2 working days
  • North America: 1-3 working days
  • Central America, Asia and Africa: 2-4 working days
  • South America and Oceania: 4-5 working days

Please note a duty charge may apply in selected countries outside of Europe. We are unable to refund duty charges applied by the local authorities.

DHL will provide you with the option to change delivery address or to leave your parcel in a safe place on the day of delivery. By requesting a change like this you assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel.

What is your returns policy?

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving the item in the original condition for store credit or a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note that many of our products are vintage and have detailed descriptions highlighting any flaws, please read these carefully before placing an order. Should you wish to exchange for another item or size you can see on the website, store credit will be added to your account upon receipt of your return.

Placing a new order with credit is really straightforward and can be used to purchase any item on our website. This will never expire and can be used on orders of any value

We reserve the right to refuse or diminish refunds if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase. This does not include the removing of an item from a plastic bag, but it does include the removal of tags.

Please send us an email if you wish to return or exchange an item and our customer service team will advise you on the next steps.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of an advice of return email.

We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. We cannot process any refund prior to receipt.

All refunds will be issued via the original payment method to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.

How can I track my order?

    Please allow 24 hours for your Royal Mail tracking numbers to update. To track your order outside of the UK please input your tracking number at the website of your national postal service. Please note that information will only be available once your order has cleared customs
